Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through the Tenant Billing Hub (`/billing`). Upon cancellation, your workspace retains active access to all plan features and allocated calling minutes until the end of the current billing cycle. No further automatic renewal charges will occur.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Subscribers

New subscribers who have utilized less than 10% of their included monthly calling minutes may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@zippyera.com.

3. Carrier Usage & Pass-Through Charges

Carrier PSTN line fees, per-minute usage surcharges, and phone number provisioning fees already consumed or disbursed to telecom carriers are non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Cards, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking provider.
