Ludhiana: Dense fog and low visibility continues to cause travel chaos, as 13 trains arrived late at Ludhiana railway station on Monday, causing a harrowing time for passengers.
Long queues of people waiting for trains to hop on is now a routine scene at the railway station.
Officials said the live status of trains are available on National Train Enquiry System app.The passengers can check schedule and delay clocked by trains at this app, but many people are unaware about this app.
The delayed trains include Malwa express, Swaraj Express, Pooja express, Kaithar to Amritsar Amrapali Express, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja-Amritsar Express, Ludhiana-Churi express, Amritsar-New Delhi express, Saharsa Jansadharan express, Jammu Tawi express, Sachkhand express, Barmer-Jammutavi express, Andaman express and Amritsar Jansadharan SF express.
On Sunday, at least 12 trains had cloaked delay of two to 10 hours.
