Hey, it’s working again!

Back in February, I talked about a bug in Events Manager. When viewing details of your results, you can filter by URL. This allowed you to see where exactly your event fired during the past 28 days.

But for whatever reason, that filter was only returning domains.

No, I don’t have good news about the filter by URL. But…

Sampled Activities

The same problem existed for Sampled Activities. This is another of the options when viewing details of an event. Instead of providing a list of URLs where your event was firing, it only returned domains — just like the filter by URL.

Well, the filter by URL still doesn’t work, but Sampled Activities finally does. Now when you view your Sampled Activities, you should see the actual URLs where an event fired during the past 24 hours.

This can be very useful for troubleshooting and verifying that your events are firing properly. I actually used it recently to help solve a problem.

Now if Meta could just fix that filter by URL problem…
