Answer customers queries about specific products/services.
Touch base the potential clientele on a regular internal to update the recent product updates, offers and special discounts and convert them for buying.
Help customer processing their purchases to payment and Capturing Customer Feedback.
Achieve Individual / Team Sales Targets.
Adherence to company policies, systems and procedures
Maintain daily physical stock sheet
Quality Check on the received products
Assisting the Visual Merchandiser on the display of the products
Requirement
Good Communication skills
Good knowledge on the fabrics, style & designs
Education on fashion industry
1 to 3 Years of experience
