We are in process of expanding our team and have urgent requirement for 9 sales and 5 Business Development Executives for Chandigarh IT Park / Panchkula Location. Those who have experience conducting contact calls. They conduct sales calls to potential customers to locate new business. They are in charge of accurately entering and maintaining real time information in our software program. They will maintain contact and communicate with customers throughout each transaction to ensure customer satisfaction. They will assist administrative personnel, process individual transactions and follow- up documentation. Individuals should have outstanding communication and customer service skills. We prefer individuals who have had at least one year of sales experience.Social Media Marketing Job Duties: Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging Set up and optimize official pages and profiles within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content Moderate user- generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reachSocial Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Communications or Marketing Proven One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Adequate knowledge of Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis and SEO Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills,
