Examiner Loan Officer Full Time
Candidate should have knowledge of the following:
obtain all documents relevant for processing loan and verify against checklist
obtain list of people who are required to sign off at various steps along the loan approval process
prepare loan file in accordance with pre-defined structure
receive list of applicants and the respective loans applied for
obtain all information/documents necessary for applying for each type of loan from sales agent/client liaison
verify whether all documents listed in the document checklist are received
check for type of loan applied for and required steps in the approval process for the same
obtain/prepare list of officers/departments that are required to sign-off on the various steps along the loan approval process
