General Manager for a Multinational Logistics firm-job in Changlang Full Time

Holds direct P&L responsibility for all business activities.
Accountable to manage, develop and expand the business.
Providing, direction and leadership to ensure profitable growth with satisfactory cash flow.
Strategize operations that deliver industry leading service standards and facilitate market leadership in target sectors.
Optimize the utilization of business assets and human resources in accordance with the business strategy and local business environment.
Strategize and facilitate the provision of services that meet or exceed customer expectations
Represent and promote all trade associations, government and regulatory bodies.
Lead the annual business planning and budgeting processes to develop competitive plans that support the strategies and targets.
Ensure appropriate operational, commercial and financial KPIs are employed across the business to provide timely and effective reporting to support day-to-day management of the business.
Actively champion and promote improvements in the organization
Implement KPIs to monitor productivity in a World Class Forwarding Environment.

Conduct customer visits as required.
Live and promote HTLs values to all staff
Collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders for the best interests of the Company.
Work with Regional & Country stakeholders for accomplishing the business targets
Portray a positive culture within the Office which promotes continuous improvement, incorporating the Company Values
Ensure the financial well-being of the company from a legal and statutory view.
Ensure all global and regional policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered
Ensure key opportunities are appropriately resourced and positioned with clients for closure.
Performs other related duties as specified by management.
