We are hiring for Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.
To aim, to have a team of highly productive advisors.
To set targets for advisors.
To meet expected sales target consistently.
To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.
Desired Profile:
MBA in Marketing / Graduate – Any Stream.
At least 2 years of Sales Experience in Minimum 12 months Tenure in the present company
Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
Should be presentable.
Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
Age 24 to 35 years
