Urgent Hiring for Relationship Manager in Leading Life Insurance – Banca Channel

ctc:- 4 lpa + Incentives + petrol allowance + Company Benefits

Job Description-

Kindly find some key points for the role of Relationship Manager :

1) coordinating with walk-in customers

2) through staffs by maintaining a good relationship

3) cold calling using bank database (maintaining a good relationship with the branch manager).

1.They are not allowed to sell policies to a non Customer.

2.Ask people to appear for the interview in formal dress code and clean shaved. Wearing shoes are mandatory.

3.We prefer people who are from life insurance industry (any channel like Agency, Direct, CAB or bancassurance will do). However, you can schedule candidates from Banking / Financial Services industries as well.

4.Though language is not a barrier (English or Hindi or Regional will do), but candidates should be good in communication skill. Need candidates who can talk in decent and logical manner.

5.Candidates who are not from Insurance industry should have at least 2 years of experience unless having strong knowledge about Insurance and smart enough to handle staffs.
