Job Description for Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Manager for Outbound Sales Process: –

Good communication skills
Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
Team handling experience of 40 – 100 TSO’s
Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
Must have Experience in Telesales outbound process
Aware About the basic KRA and KPI’s
Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
Quick thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must have dialer knowledge (Modes of Dialer and must have worked on Dialer)
Must aware about rostering and manpower planning and people management and Billing.
If experience in credit card sales would be highly preferred.
Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Working Days : 6 Days a Week
