Cost down initiatives to meet CD target through vendor consolidation

To do analysis of PAN India BOP supplier data base as per QDC.

Ensure optimum supplier base to avoided customer line stoppage.

Identifying Training needs of respective team member & improving the same up to required level within targeted time.,
