Position Title:Key Account/ Sr Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Environment scanning for group business
Networking with insurance industry and client industry influences to enable sales
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Implementing strategy at regional level for group businesses to achieve planned sales targets and promotions
Preparing quotations for group sales, ensure complete documentation and adhere to processes as per company norms
Negotiating sales closures
Maintaining up to date MIS of group businesses and reporting to HO regularly
Establishing good rapport with agency, actuarial, new business, claims and other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and service levels
Ensures smooth and efficient operation of departments
Achieving retail target through worksite and by building relationship with MCG / CAG CIFs to sell individual products.
