Hiring for Site Head in pharmaceutical company in plant

PhD with +10 years of exp

1. Understanding process chemistry, safety and plant requirements

2. Ensuring correct identification of critical process parameters and controlling them effectively to yield the desired quantity and quality during scale up

3. Scale up Data Generation (Material Balance, what-if etc.), Process Optimization & Improvisation

4. Ensure transfer of methods and processes from internal or donor site, scale-up of the process to the appropriate level

5. Understanding process safety studies of processes

6. Reviewing projects to identify early warning signals and on time escalations to ensure adherence to
Project Management systems, Quality and Quantity.

7. Responsible for technology transfer / absorption activities, leading to successful technology transfer on commercial plant scale along with de-bottle necking.

8. Write summary report, and prepare Process Development Report / Technology Transfer Dockets.

9. Participating in review meetings to share project progress to higher management

10. Ensure availability of required equipment at the plant level to support scale up

11. Provide input in the safety assessment of the scale up studies
