4. Monitoring the Incoming & Outgoing Material.
5. Keeping Track of Faulty parts for all HFO’s & Returning back to HAH on Regular Intervals
6. Coordination with Mumbai office to close the Customer Cases which are pending for parts.
7. Reviewing the status of the Parts which has been delivered at Customer End in intact Condition.
8. Monitoring the In-transit Damaged Cases & taking this further with Logistic Service Provider’s respectively for any issues.
9. Getting the confirmation of the parts being put back on the Machine by the Engg. This is being shipped from all HFOs.
10. Review the Dispatched Details on Daily Basis & review the Shipments which have not yet delivered at customer End.
11. Maintaining Receipt/Issue Tool Register for all HFO’s
12. Reconciling the Spares Issued on Lonner Basis to Engg for all HFO’s
13. Pre Approving the Logistics Vendor’s Bills as per the Agreement Copy & maintaining their Records.
14. Re-issuing of Faulty RMA’s to Engg & Maintain their Records accordingly.
15. Flashing the Reports on Daily basis for the Zone’s assign to you.
16. Constantly challenging myself to learn more and become better than I am today and every day
17. Never leave a customer hanging while I’m waiting for an answer for them from any of our vendors.
