–Manage P&L of the city/state assigned
–Ensure adoption of Company products and sales through them by starting and managing relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem.
–Developing new business by onboarding more stakeholders – dealerships, agents.
–Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players.
–Ensure minimum downtime in case such situations arise.
–Meet monthly sales targets using processes and tools aligned with companys sales strategies and policies.
–Timely reporting of teams activities, and performance through tools provided by Company.
–Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.
–Comfortable working on the Field
–Open to Extensive Travelling – 80% of the roles time is spent in travelling
–Local City Knowledge
–Fluent in Local & English Language
Should know driving Two wheeler and possess a Driving License
Needs to have a smartphone and should know how to use Android Applications
Prior Experience in Channel sales & distribution
Prior Experience in a Team Handling Role
