Established O&M set up of 116 MW combined cycle power project and
Achieved operational stability and fuel optimization on shortest possible time
Frame including contract management, operation &maintenance
Management, stores & purchase and administration
Performed contract management for EPC contracts, power purchase
Agreements, operation and maintenance contracts besides machinery/spares
Purchase at competitive rates
Proposed and executed cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures
Thereby achieved substantial reduction in O&M expenditures while working
Within budgets
Commissioned six gas turbines power project (6581 B) at Oman with 240
MW open cycle GT units along with trial operation, reliability run,
Performance test and handover
Led inspection of combustion, hot gas path and gas turbines besides
Maintenance of steam turbines, boilers and BOP systems as Plant Manager
