Build a distribution of Partners & Specialist through robust grooming & on ground support from our in house experts.

Develop & coach the team to become specialist in insurance business along with digital enablement to perform in any situation
Follow the ethics & guidelines set by the channel / organization to provide adequate earning support in the society as social responsibility
Participate in all the R&R programs of the channel & ensure maximum involvement from the entire distribution
Earn 5 times of fixed component in lean months / exigency & 10-15 times of fixed compensation on average as per seasonality of insurance business
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum a graduate
Minimum 5 years of experience into insurance industry
Should have strong networking
Should have Team Handling experience
