Essential Functions of the Job :
– As an individual contributor will be responsible for end to end recruitment delivery across levels within the service line.
– Interact with candidates, conduct screening and HR interview
-Extend offers and negotiate (as/ when needed) with candidates
-Ensuring closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our time to fill
– Day to day tracking and submitting data / reports
