Job Description:

Resolving Customer issues / complaints through online chat
Determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem
Provide excellent customer service
Requirement:

Very good communication skills withproficiency in English. Should be able to speak English fluently without grammatical mistakes / fillers. The candidate should not have a Mother Tongue Influence.
Typing Speed of 30 wpm with 85% accuracy
Should be flexible to work in a 24 x 7 environment
Candidates having Personal Computer with Internet connection will be preferred however it is NOT MANDATORY.
Candidates residing in Noida, Ghaziabad or East Delhi
Salary: 15,000.00 – 15,500.00 per month
