Comprehensively handling the needs of the clients for Branding and Communication team
Strategic planning for brands
Planning and scheduling project timelines with the Clients and creative team
Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Directing and controlling the activity and catering to clients requirement
Tracking activity performance regularly and driving the same with efficiencies
Guiding the account management team and motivating them for better performance
Contributing in business development to achieve annual revenue growth targets
Developing procedures to ensure smooth process and workflow
