Responsible to train the TSEs & help to acquire selling skills Teams to be driven on Sales Targets , achieve Goal sheets, daily , weekly & monthly target achievements To ensure focus on achieving the Fincon and Sales target across all Products like Smartpay, General Insurance , One Assist, Forex ,Term loan, Curable, RTO, Addon.
Ensure TSE meets the required productivity Ensure Team pitch in for activation products.
This will in-turn help in increasing spends & activation.
Recruitment and training of the team and to maintain low attrition levels Responsible for managing the onboarding of newly issues credit card customers Ensure customers are on-boarded , spoken about the product features, pricing & reward points.
Customer to be X sold on the activation product Drive portfolio objectives thru teams which adds value to business.
Ensure all KO benchmarks are adhered & met.
Ensure KO objectives are met.
Drive Portfolio objectives Limit enhancement, Upgrades & Term products.
Incumbent needs to ensure that the product mix is driven along with the requisite productivity per resource so that COA are well under control, eventually, making the channel highly profitable.
Ensure teams earn PLP & focus on average PLP earning of the team.
Ensure all TSEs are educated on PLP earning.
Help TSEs to achieve set target & meet their required productivity.
Product mix has to be chosen in such a way to have reduced cost of acquisition & make the channel profitable.
Team building and management thru training and reviews for smooth functioning Maintain & ensure that Data Base is used optimally.
Have regular review with the teams & track their performance.
Ensure optimal usage of database is tracked & meet the required call productivity.
Ensure internal review of the team is done basis action oriented MIS / Tracking.
Ability to work under pressure & possess strong forecasts on plans to achieve targets.
Ensure Complaints are handled with utmost care & by TAT.
To have an eye on Quality & ensure TSEs to do mishandle customer information.
Ensure tracking of MIS.
Forecast the numbers & drive accordingly.
Complaints to be handled & addressed on time.
Ensure there is no Miscommunication or mishandling of customer information.
Incumbent to have eye on Quality & ensure team is driven on this perspective.
