Looking candidates  for International calling , U.S. process, Night shift.
Candidates must be fluent in English speaking. 
Candidates would be provided both side cab and meal as well.
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Generating sales leads that develop into new customers. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
He or She should manage large amounts of incoming calls, Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, Follow procedures, guidelines and policies. Average spoken English skills required
“Excellent communication skills – English (verbal/written).
Internal team coordination over email/call.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Handle the merchant escalations interactively
