You are expected to design minimum 4-5 logo Concepts every day (along with the modifications for the previously designed logos to refine the previous logos fully for final delivery) from Monday to Saturday. In the initial days, we relax this clause and give 2-3 logos until you adjust to the pace. In addition, if you are not available on Sunday, we can make adjustments there as well. (this is based on the circumstances though, so please clarify this during discussion or training)
You can ask for more workload if you have extra time. However, a high standard needs to be maintained regardless of the number of designs that you take up.
We basically cater to the international clients from countries like US, UK, Australia and Canada so the standard of design that we are expecting is quite high. You also have to have a good understanding of native English so you can understand the project brief completely. You will however, be given assistance, if you’ll have any issues in understanding the project brief or would like some query resolution while designing the project.
Design elements, color themes and concepts used in the designs should match standards as if it has been designed by a native of the country to which the client belongs and design has to be of global standard quality in final finishing and refinement.
Designs should be 100% original. We do not tolerate plagiarism/ copyright violation of any sort. All designs are individually checked for copy issues.
The hours of working are flexible. However, there are deadlines given for every assignment so you just need to make sure that you adhere to them strictly.
