Responsibilities / Tasks
Define workflow requirements for automating offboarding process through Robotics Process Automation.
Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of the progress and challenges and escalating issues where appropriate.
Optimal management of resources, facilitating cross training, ensuring appropriate coverage to maintain throughput.
Working in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment.
Monitor system productivity and performance on a daily basis against targets
Design and deliver Management reporting relevant to current requirements
Work as the process owner and ensure end to end management of all activities associated with the process
Monitor process service delivery and ensure accomplishment of targets in adherence to SLAs
Monitor capacity utilization within teams and allocate resources
Ensure adherence to standards, procedures and also identify risk mitigants wherever there is a control issue
Effectively manage risk and foster an environment where team is fully aware of Operational Risk management
Effective capacity and resource planning to ensure timely response to adhoc issues/urgent requests from DB Internal requestors.
Consider, suggest and as appropriate, implement strategies to ensure continuous process improvement
Develop, suggest and implement risk mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility
Foster an environment of process streamlining within the team.
Support in preparing of MIS required for management decision making
Work with IT and Vendor teams to initiate new automation and process streamlining ideas.
Ability to deal with senior stakeholders across business and product lines.
Assist with recruitment and training process

Experience / Exposure

Experience of working in a metrics driven environment, and accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures.
Needs to be assertive, target focused and able to extract performance from vendor
Good knowledge of regulatory trends and developments
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
Prior experience in Business analysis is preferred.
