US IT Recruiter,Hr Recruitment Full Time

We are currently hiring candidates for the position of US IT Recruiter for our company. Please go through the following job description and let me know if you are comfortable with it .

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting
Scheduling interviews, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requirements.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Posting jobs on the Job Portals.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interviews and placements.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Key Skills

Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be proactive & self-driven.
Must be a quick thinker.
Should have thorough understanding of various terminologies.
Should be comfortable with night shift. Timings (7 Pm – 4 Am)

Work Location: NCR (Noida and Gurgaon)
