Designation : Plant Controller
Location : Ahmedabad

Job Requirements :

CA or ICWA with 8 or 8+ years experience in a similar position from any manufacturing industry.

SAP is MUST

Job Role :

Key Areas for Handling:

Budgeting &Control
Variance Analysis
Product costing
Computing Actual contribution for the product (segment wise)
Monitoring sales and forecasting
Support in Factory Production Planning with Manufacturing
MIS reporting & Inventory Valuation
Profit Forecasting
Cost Center Accounting

Job Responsibilities :

Monitoring opportunities& driving management’s plan on cost reduction initiatives and the project timelines including Projects related to Product development.
Target costs analysis and monitoring for the R&D pipeline.
Monthly business reporting of plant cost and KPI and presentation to the legal entity management.
Monthly supply chain cost calculation and analysis, especially focus on import and export freight cost.
ROI calculation and analysis for special projects, such as CAPEX, R&D, trade fairs etc.
Special analysis (including ad hoc) for the CFO and the other managements

Other Competencies:

Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
Cost accounting experience
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and SAP
Good planning and Strong analytical skills
Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers and staff.
Excellent Written & verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with colleague sand staff in charge
Must demonstrate highest standards of personal and professional integrity
Must be a team player and act cooperatively
Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal
Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen
