Planning (For existing product- coordinate and follow the set process; For new product- work with manager for product branding, execution, promotion) and execution of all the ATL (Above the Line) / BTL (Below the Line) activities along with growing the existing brand and launching of new brand.
Principal Accountabilities:
Growing the existing brand (50%)
Strategy and execution plan of marketing the brand.
Timely revisiting the plan and feedback integration for continuous market excellence and agile market response.
Implement marketing strategies by various activities like planning an awareness campaign, providing discounts to ensure maximum ROI.
Planning and Execution of the ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing channel strategy.
Would be responsible for the everyday Marketing activities.
Conduct market survey and consumer studies at regular intervals by using reports received from sales team and visit the market field.
Focus on Product Positioning and related marketing efforts through conceptualization of product,communication material.
Recording and making use of the customer feedback to alter the marketing activities.
Searching & Developing new customers & markets by co-ordinating or interacting with commercial team to understand and reach more of potential customer.
Developing timely reports of on-ground work and progress and devising action pointers.
Working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide pro-active solutions to enhance sales.
Implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
Implementing the marketing budget with proper ROI.
Launching a new Brand (50%)
Planning, execution and overview of a new brand launch into the market.
Creating an exciting new category into the market by introducing different product segments.
Establish Brand positioning in the Market.
Shopper Activation: Instore Promotion and Activation by collecting data through sales or commercial team.
Close co-ordination with Media & advertising agency for planning and execution of the ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing channel strategy.
Ensure a value for Money Marketing spends as per the pre-defined budgets.
Be closely involved in the end-to-end Brand development to ensure a strong pre-launch, launch and post launch impact to achieve the organisational brand goals.
, Minimum Required Qualifications:
An MBA Degree in Marketing from reputed institutions.
Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dairy/FMCG Industry. Experience of rural marketing initiative.
Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target oriented, and should have a flair towards marketing and generating sales
Must have good leadership skills and good Team Player
Should have experience with retail trade
Should possess good analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any experience with rural marketing is a plus.
Proven leadership and ability to work in close co-ordination with sales teams
Strong understanding of consumer-marketing and dynamics
Willingness to travel
