Required Relationship Manager Full Time
We have Job opening for Relationship manager with Rivigo Logistic For hyderabad,Pantnagar, Location
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationship with client ware-house manager/ supervisors to make sure loading/ unloading detention is kept less than 6 hours, loading/ unloading charges are standardized
Ensure reduction in wait for load time by monitoring unloading time
Coordinate with pilots due for arrival at the warehouse
Collection of proof of delivery (POD) receipt and ensure reduced working capital cycle; drive adoption for e-proof of delivery (POD), e-lorry receipt (LR)
Drive RIVIGO pilot app adoption among the pilot
On-board transporters and fleet owners on RIVIGOs supply platform
Sourcing of clients to increase wallet share
Conduct weekly and monthly forecast for client utilization of our fleet
Years of experience:2 – 4 years of work experience in dealing with clients in construction, mining, manufacturing setup, real estate, Warehouse, Logistics etc.
Education: Graduate in any degree
Professional Attributes:
Experience in handling workforce, drivers, client in warehouse/ logistics or related industry
Must be well versed in local language
Strong convincing skills
Personal attributes:
Should have personal mode of transport available at all time for travel between 10~15 kms per day (fuel expenses will be reimbursed)

The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and drive RIVIGOs platform
