Position Purpose:
Responsible for Vendor Invoice processing, Facilities Management, Cafeteria operations, Asset Management
Responsibilities:
Vendor Invoice processing
Budgeting, provisioning of Admin related expenses
Preparing regular Administrative reports like Admin Dashboard, MIS etc.
Landlord and Building Management coordination s
Expat lease, vehicle lease and FRRO requirements
Building Lease Facilitation
Vendor governance Statutory, SLA, Scope of Work, Performance
Contract staff Management
Preparation and updating of Admin SOP, Policies and procedures
Housekeeping & Infrastructure maintenance.
Managing office supplies Housekeeping stock and placing orders
Stock keeping (Housekeeping items, Diesel, Building & Electrical Material)
Emergency preparedness, business continuity from facilities perspective
Asset Management of all Non-IT assets across multiple locations
Managing operations in the Cafeteria as per GSO Duty Meal Policy.
