Duties and Responsibilities :
Handling end to end recruitment for all process (Voice & Non-voice) Travel & Non Travel.
BPO/ bulk hiring experience is preferable
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting and Internal Transfer & External hiring tools like Job portals, and HR consultancies
Handling induction and on-boarding formalities for all new joinees.
Handling complete exit procedures, conducting exit interview and maintaining feedback.
Focusing on employee retention.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS report of Late Arrivals, Half Days & Absent Employees.
Attendance & leave management.
