Position Summary
The Associate will support our Leadership Recruiting (LR) Managers and Directors with their searches and special team projects. This position will be based in Global Business Services office in Gurgaon , India. S/he will be responsible for delivering on specific candidate(s) data requests , as well as recording and maintaining this information. The Associate will work effectively and efficiently on multiple , simultaneous requests through a combination of solid project management , proactive high- quality execution , and strong , team- oriented delivery against specific client needs. This individual will be privy to highly confidential candidate and internal Bain talent- related matters. Professionalism and discretion is an inherent attribute required for this role.
Support the Global LR team in (60%)
Researching executive backgrounds using well known online sources , external and internal databases to create brief summary profiles and talent mappings. These are done both for proactive and reactive requests and most importantly based on client s requirement and position spec. Profile requests could be around 2- 3 assignments in a month with number of executives ranging between 5- 10 per search. Talent mappings are usually big projects and the scope could range from mapping competitor firms worldwide or in a certain region. It could also be based on the level of profiles targeted for a specific search. Such detailed mappings help the team to identify the depth of talent available in the market as well as in giving 360 view for LR searches (50%)
Checking potential conflicts from the target list of companies for specific searches using Bain internal tools (10%)
Develop and maintain search documents in our shared files (20%)
Utilize existing recruiting systems for data entry/tracking , interview management and reporting (20%)
Take full ownership of all tasks assigned and execute work independently
