Urgent Requirement of AGM/DGM – Accounts & Finance in Big Real Estate Firm in Noida Extention

Finance and Accounts:-

Finalization of Financial Statements like Balance sheet, P&L A/C and Cash Flow Statement along with
annexure there to. Ensuring reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to
closure of the general ledger.
Application of Accounting standards and checking of compliance thereof and Preparation of Balance Sheets
as per schedule III.

Hands-on experience in reviewing balance sheet and profit & loss accounts and ensuring integrity of all the
reported financial statement.

Actively involved and handled few areas in statutory audits like Deferred Tax Calculation, CARO
Depreciation Calculation as per Schedule II, Related Party Disclosure as per AS 18.
Maintaining books of accounts on TALLY 5.4, TALLY 7.2, TALLY 9

Maintenance of Cash and Bank book, Preparation of age wise debtors statements and accounts receivable
statements, Preparation of Cash flow and fund flow statement, prepared invoices, sales and revenue
reports.
Carried out reconciliation of Vendor Ledger and petty cash books.
Conducted Fixed Assets Verification Audit in Team.

Income Tax Matt:

Direct Tax:-ers- Computation of advance tax, regular tax liability and filing of Income Tax Returns for
various assesses (individuals, firms and companies). Assist in income tax appeal cases at various level.
Advisory in respect of matters concerning Domestic Taxation.
TDS matters relating to Computation, Collecting, Depositing, Submission and revision of TDS returns.

Indirect Tax:-
Goods and Service Tax Matters- Implementation of GST, Computation of GST Liability, Preparation and
filing of GST Return for various assesses.
Service Tax Matters Relating to Computation of Service Tax Liability, Collection, Depositing, Submission and
revision of Half Yearly Return.
Handling departmental Audit.
