Overall responsibility and complete accountability for developing and implementing of the Business Strategy of the Company s Business Verticals, developing and presenting to the Board the various Investment Options, Budgeting, P & L Responsibility, Resource and Infrastructure Management, setting of Goals / Targets, providing Functional Leadership including Administration, carrying-out regular Business Reviews, developing and implementing Cost Control measures as well as nurturing and growing the Company s global partnerships and joint ventures
