The candidate will lead a high performing international team to leverage big data capabilities, advanced analytical techniques and statistical modeling to glean customer insights, develop innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and improve cost base
The manager, International Commercial Product Analytics, will lead a team of analysts to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams product, risk, finance, and marketing and new product development.
The leader will leverage big data, advanced analytics and modeling to deliver customer insights, and develop innovative analytical insights to drive product strategies and shape strategic decisions that power revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of striking the best balance between thought leadership, and converting business needs into analytical plans
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Business management
Alt least 4 years of past experience in an Analytical/Modeling role.
Candidates must be comfortable with Python/SAS
Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives.
Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
