The CoE Function Lead – Proposal Management is responsible for:

Managing end to end operational process of the Proposal Management function
Developing high impact relationships with account/service line teams, demonstrate in-depth knowledge on RFP response and post-RFP phases
Overall management of workflow between service line stakeholders as well as subject matter resources for proposal content including commercial and technical responses
Collaborating with the Bid Management CoE Leader and other function leaders, contributing to the development and implementation of the Bid Management CoE strategy
Coaching, mentoring and developing a team for creating winning proposals
