The latest buy is part of Design Arc’s strategic expansion and it joins Raffya and Jagged & Beau, two new womenswear brands designed exclusively in-house.

Signifying its bid to “reshape fashion through innovation and sustainability and creating a new concept”, Design Arc Brands, part of global fashion infrastructure company PDS, is unveiling its first wholesale collection at Pure London X JATC this week.

The “milestone event” serves as the debut platform for all three brands which will see “curated collections of exclusive, high-quality designs with global appeal”.

Central London-based Lily and Lionel is a ready-to-wear, British print house “which celebrates elegance and self-expression”. By contrast, Raffya is a year-round resort collection “that captures the essence of a free spirit”. Meanwhile, Jagged & Beau is a ready-to-wear women’s occasion wear brand with a design philosophy “rooted in the belief that style should reflect your power.”

Rakesh Chadha, Managing Director from Design Arc UK said: “In line with our mission of providing consumers and establishes partnerships with wholesale accounts, [this launch positions] us for sustainable growth, a strong global corporate presence, and heightened brand awareness.”
