Prayagraj: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad on Sunday organised ‘Matrashakti Sangam’ at its Magh Mela camp to highlight contribution of women in all fields. Speakers said women have played a major role in development of the country, as apart from being at the center of every family, they have been playing an impressive role in social, religious and spiritual fields in the form of a mother.Speakers also acknowledged the Matrashakti form so that the path of ‘dharma’ and ‘sanskar’ could be followed. They said sanskar (value system) played major role in the development of any country. They also said women should know their rights and work equally in every sector.
