New ‘Monster Hunter Now’ Version 69.0 Update Brings In Hunt-a-thon Changes, Interface Improvements, Paintball Adjustments, a Cut-Scene Skip Option, and More – TouchArcade
Niantic and Capcom just pushed out a nice new update for Monster Hunter Now (Free) on iOS and Android ahead of the Monster Hunter Now Lucky Lunar New Year event going live in a few days. If you missed details about the event, read my post about it here. The highlights of today’s version 69.0 update are changes to Hunt-a-thon cooldown times, adjustments to group hunts using Paintballs, interface updates, the ability to skip cut-scenes for urgent quests and hunt-a-thons, and more. I especially like the ability to skip cut-scenes because I got sick of them in Hunt-a-thons when I played those.
If you’ve not played the game recently or are planning to just start playing, I put together some (newly updated) tips and tricks for the game, details on the weapons, special skills, the current monsters list, my wishlist for future update monsters, and more. You can grab Monster Hunter Now on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The in app purchases include different sets of gems and upgrades. Check out the official website here. What do you think of Monster Hunter Now if you’ve been playing it and what do you think of today’s update?
