Hyderabad: A 62-year-old man from Ramachandrapuram in East Godavari district of AP died when he tried to get down from a moving train at Lingampally railway station.
Cops said the victim, P Rao, wanted to go to Rajahmundry from the city on Sunday and by mistake, boarded Narayanadri Express instead of Gautami Express. As the train was about to depart, fellow passengers told him that the train was going to Tirupati.He tried to getdown and slipped under the train. He succumbed on Monday. A case was booked by Hyderabad railway police under section 174 of CrPC. tnn
