Wife, Relative Held For Man’s Murder In Nizamabad District | Hyderabad News

Hyderabad: A woman and her relative were arrested for killing her husband in Nizamabad district. Police said an alleged illicit relationship between the two accused was the motive for the murder.
Last Friday cops found an unidentified body on the outskirts of Malkapur. The victim was found to be murdered. During the probe, a tattoo on the hand of the victim helped the police identify him as Garudhakar Saiayaji, 35.
After contacting the victim’s family members, the police started to suspect the role of victim’s wife G Aswini. When she was taken into the custody, the role of a relative G Ram came to light.
“Aswini was fed up with her husband since he was habituated to liquor. Since she was already in an illicit relationship with Ram, she conspired with him to eliminate the victim,” police said.
“As per their plan, Ram invited the victim to have liquor at Malkapur. When the victims reached the spot, his throat was slit and the body was abandoned,” they added.
Both the accused were arrested under section 302 (murder) of IPC and sent them to judicial remand. tnn
