Sr. Sales Executive (UK)

Location – Mohali

Shifts UK Shift (1 AM 10 PM)

Shift Hours -9 hours

Working hours – 5 days working + Free Meals

Jobs & Responsibilities:

To provide customer service to a fast paced home delivery Depot in arranging delivery dates for orders to be delivered to the end customer.
To handle calls
Live chat calls to meet and surpass Customer service levels.
Respond to SMS and emails.
Adhering to internal and external policies/procedures to ensure delivery process is executed properly.
Manage own work schedule to ensure assigned duties/task are completed with minimum supervision.
Complete additional ad-hoc Tasks as required.
Requirements:

Customer service experience in B2B or B2C environment.
A track record of working towards and achieving KPIs.
Experience of making outbound calls and receiving calls.
Fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Must have knowledge on Word, Excel, database management.
