Position: Assistant Manager/Team Leader – Recruitment Functional Domain: Non – IT No. of Position: 4 Location: Sector 62, Noida Shift Timing : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 5 days working Roles & Responsibilities: Managing end to end Recruitment for Leading .BFSI Clients that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages etc. Will be responsible to guide the team on available open positions according to job description. Will be responsible for recruitment/sourcing of profiles with teams effort Would be responsible for the Client interaction and management. Would be handling the team of consultants/senior consultants. Responsible for revenue generation; ensuring individual & team targets are achieved Planning monthly targets and delivery plan. Would be responsible for team management/team building/mentoring and training. Maintenance of Recruiters Performance Dashboard Timely report making for recording team performance. Tracker Maintenance – (Target Vs Actual) Controlling Attrition Team welfare and development One-on-One business Insights Should take regular Client feedback & report the same to the management. NOTE: Candidates coming from recruitment consulting firm with relevant experience will only be entertained. 1. 2+ years experience in recruitment consulting firm. (Mandatory) 2. 1+ year experience in team handling. 3. Advance MS-office skills(majorly in excel and powerpoint) 4. Excellent recruitment skills with leadership qualities. 5. Excellent communication with Job Interviewing Skills. 6. Analytical and training skills. 7. Effective repo building while client interaction.
