Deputy General Manager – Civil Projects

The candidate should be a B.E./B.Tech/M.E.-Civil / Structural Engg. with 15-20 years of experience in Construction, Civil maintenance and MS Projects.

Required skill for major civil constructions works like Industrial Structures (Preference will be given Cement Industry having minimum 10yrs.exp), High Rise Buildings, Structural designs, Machine Foundation, Factory Buildings, Residential Quarters Construction, Modern infrastructures, Aluminum Formwork Technology.

Experience with Fast track residential / Commercial High rise projects, precast works, interpretation of Technical data working knowledge in SAP and MS Projects.

Liaison with consultants for updating of site activities and plan progressive schedules and civil work approvals.

He will be responsible for planning, estimation and timely construction of the Projects.

Identification of right contractors for timely execution of Civil Works and Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation.

He must be High degree of Technical & Managerial competencies and result oriented with good interpersonal skills and an excellent man-management qualities.
