GM – PRODUCTION – Should be a B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering with minimum 10 years managerial level experience at the Plant level in manufacturing industry (sheet metal components, auto components industry).

WOULD BE OVERAL RESPONSIBLE AT THE PLANT LEVEL AS BELOW  :

Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.

1.  Overall management of the Plant including production, man-management, quality, process, planning, supply chain management, plant maintenance et.

2.  Would be responsible for performance of all the departments/

functions in the Plant ;

3.  Managing Inspection with the Clients ;

4.  Overall management of the Orders from Production till the

Despatch ;

5.  Incoming Quality/Outgoing Quality

6.  Process Quality ;

7.  Supply Chain Management ;

8.  Old Stock and Scrap Management ;

9. Zero Time Loss management

10.Directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operations of a plant or other production facility.
