Weekly Forecast: February 24-28, 2025 – Pisces New Moon Square Jupiter – ElsaElsa 2025
All week, direct Mars inches forward, still slow and squaring Chiron in Mars-ruled Aries. Get going, but give yourself grace. Overcoming inertia is tiresome and frustrating, and reactivity can be a source of pain for yourself or others.
Forward motion, however small, puts Mars back in trine to Pisces Saturn, and that stability results in stamina. It’s worthwhile to jump in and adjust as we go, even if we have to learn on the fly. Emotional reactivity is a thing, so Pisces compassion is key to continued connections.
Aries Venus slows in its last week direct, and Jupiter begins to pull away from its (still active by the numbers) sextile. We still want more, still feel fortunate and find opportunities for gains, but it’s nearing time to follow up and put in the work.
On Monday morning, the Saturn-ruled Capricorn Moon sextiles the Pisces Mercury-Saturn conjunction and squares Aries Chiron. The mood makes the most of important and weighty communication and intuition, particularly when we take the time to squeeze all the juice out of each hunch that hits our radar. Leave no sense behind as there are clues hidden in plain sight (sound, scent, touch…). The Moon then trines Taurus Uranus, so upfit those insights into revelatory upgrades.
Overnight into Tuesday, the Moon moves to Aquarius and conjunctions to Pluto and Pallas Athena. An airy mood takes what’s aspirational and valuable for the future and leaves behind what no longer serves. Mercury picks up a sextile to Uranus (exact early Thursday), so let old patterns go, and wake up with fresh insight. Brainstorming boosts the signal, and we can innovate the ideal as we translate it to the real.
Tuesday’s Aquarius Moon goes on to sextile Venus and trine Jupiter. A pleasure-seeking mood is in the air, and we want it all. With Mercury-Uranus ramping up, when we reach for joy on the go, our aim is surprisingly tight. It’s a great day to get out and go, even if you don’t have a plan. A joyful plan will arrive, and wandering is its own reward.
On Wednesday, the Aquarius Moon sextiles Chiron and squares Uranus. The chance to put your skills to work arrives, whether you feel you’re ready or not. You’ll either prove yourself ready or catch up fast! In any case, it’s exciting, and action hones skills. Have faith that you’re getting somewhere (you are).
Early Thursday, the Moon moves to Pisces and a square to Juno in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius as Mercury perfects its sextile to Uranus. The mood is problematically passionate (jealous, over-zealous?), but our understanding is instantaneous and sweet (make a wish!). That zing lasts as we head into the afternoon’s new moon conjunction with the Pisces Sun.
Thursday evening’s new moon heads into square with Jupiter, the natural pairing for Juno. This new moon beginning has some interpersonal challenges built in, but the Pisces stellium works miracles. By the time the Moon perfects its square to Jupiter, Saturn begins a sextile to Uranus — braced by Saturn’s budding trine to Mars. Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, north node, and Pisces ruler Neptune fan out across the sign with the promise of answers and attitudes that alchemize new wisdom into action.
Big dreams are possible, just not all in one bite. Start where you are.
Friday morning, the Pisces Moon trines Mars then conjoins Saturn. It goes on to sextile Uranus. We may not know exactly where we’re going, but starting slow brings the confidence of traction. It’s exhilarating and inspiring. Afternoon and evening takes the Moon through the rest of the Pisces stellium: conjunction to Mercury, the north node, and Neptune. Not everything must be understood or known all at once. A lot of this is brand new. Give yourself time to acclimate, for the ingredients to swirl, sink in, and gel. That feeling of challenging newness vanishes before you realize it.
Thursday’s new moon takes place at 9 degrees Pisces. Where does it hit your chart?
