Ludhiana: A resident of Dashmesh Nagar attacked a dog with a sharp-edged weapon. The incident has been captured on camera. The accused, Harbhajan Singh, was furious as the dog had damaged his car cover. On receiving information, an animal activist got a police complaint filed. PAU police said that the man who assaulted the dog took it to hospital for treatment himself.tnn
