As a junior editor, your major role is to edit raw videos. These videos would be primarily focusing on educating kids ranging from class 5-12th. You would be coordinating among the team of editors, actors and other artists.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Editing raw footage of lighboard / pentab videos
Managing raw and edited files and smoothly handover to make them publish
Maintaining the log of work and keep every stakeholders up-to date of it
Help in troubleshooting editing / system related issues
Coordinate with team of editors, actor and other artists to get the final video output
Regular check on the quality and quantity by taking proper feedback
Demonstrate pride and responsibility in the work when given the freedom to work independently
SKILL/QUALIFICATION:

Competency in compositing, editing, post-processing videos
Proficient in video editing tools like Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere, and other industry standard designing tools
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Highly accurate and fast pace editing
Ability to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing
Ability to identify and define visual design issues and solutions, and to incorporate feedback from members of the design and product management teams
