Responsibilities as Process Associate:

Accountable for handling the daily production activities of the business

Complaint, query and Request should resolve within TAT (Turn Around Time) as per IRDAI guideline

Verifying Customers Document before process Health and life related claim and Service Request

Scrutiny of health and life related claim and Service Request cases

Coordinating with internal department (underwriter, Finance, Claim expertise, POS (Policy Owner servicing), Renewal and legal team)

Validation on Resolution (means resolution should be source wise)

Job Requirements

Qualifications-Graduation/ Under Graduation

Experience: 0-2 year work experience in Insuranceservice industryBPOBack-endData Entry

Technical Skills
Good communication skills

Typing Speed at-least 20+

80% Back-end and 20% calling.
