Processes : Blended Process ( 80% Back end & 20% Calling.)
Eligibility : H.S.C + 6 months experience or Graduate freshers can also apply

Skills Required:
1. Basic computer knowledge
2. Graduate/Under graduate pursuing Graduation,
3. Can read and write in English
4. Has understanding of software applications
5. Preference to users having previous experience of doing similar activity (Data Entry experience)
Job specification :
1.Good computer knowledge (should be comfortable using multiple systems)
2.Preferably Good knowledge of Insurance products and concepts.
3.Preferred experience of 1-2 years in Max Life service / operations
4. Shift time: General Shifts
5. Interested leads will be provided by the company,generate interest and complete an online application (proposal form) along with the customer & help customer with online payment completion.
No cold calling or random calling.
Leads will be from interested customers
Understand customer needs and requirements of online customers , who are looking to purchase a new online life insurance product or wish to understand more/have queries to be resolved.
6. Should have very good convincing and selling skills
Should be very confident and presentable.
Energy levels should be high
Preferably past experience for Insurance sales
Immediate Joiners preferred.
