Designation: Secretary to GM
Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to MD
Preparation of MIS and reporting, Travel Booking, Plan , Manage, Execute meetings, conference calls
Handle correspondences and Confidential Documents.
Coordinate with Department Heads.
Calendar Management, Event Management, Drafting letters, emails, presentations
Fixing appointments, Screen phone calls, e mails.
HR support and HR related activities.
All Secretarial work
Excellent Written/Oral communication
Good working knowledge in MS Office
Presence of mind, Decision making Requirements.
Female candidate should be from reputed hotel background only.
